• Refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. Not all services are eligible for a refund due to the nature of our work, including custom software development, consulting, and project-based services.

• All requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the initial payment date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Software Development Services: Refunds for software development services will only be considered if the project has not yet commenced, and no work has been delivered. Once development work has begun, refunds are not available.

Subscription Services: For services billed on a subscription basis, refunds are only applicable within the first 7 days of the initial subscription payment. No refunds will be issued for any subsequent months of service.

Consulting Services: Refunds are not available for consulting services once the service has been delivered or if the consulting session has commenced.

Digital Products: Refunds are not available for any digital products, including software, scripts, or code, once delivered and/or downloaded.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.

• Payments made for expedited services, third-party costs, and other special requests are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client, including late approvals, failure to provide necessary information, or lack of communication.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at info@growingprotechnologies.com with your order details, including the project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Project Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly, and refunds will not be available for completed milestones.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Growing Pro Technologies. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
